MELBOURNE - A woman in America is said by her doctors to have been saved by her “love handles” after she was shot outside of a bar.
Samantha Lynn Frazier, 35, of Florida, said she was on a family paid Atlantic City vacation when she was shot outside Herman’s Place bar on New York Avenue.
According to the Press of Atlantic City, Frazier revealed that she passed out after realising she had been shot and woke up in the Regional Trauma Unit at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center where doctors told her that her extra weight likely saved her life.
“My love handles saved my life,” the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.
“I’d been hollering how I want to lose weight. I don’t want to lose weight anymore. I want to be as big as I can if it’s going to stop a bullet,” she added. (ANI)
