Meet the giant dog ‘Down Under’ that eats like a horse

MELBOURNE - An Oz dog lover is having a challenging time maintaining his new great Pyrenees-Snowbear or ‘Bear’-as he eats a lot.
According to the Parramatta Advertiser, Gary Randfleish bought the dog earlier this year and there are only two in NSW.
At just four years old, the gentle giant weighs in at 75kg, outclassing his eight-year-old roommate Beethoven the st bernard.
“He’s a very friendly, calm soul who loves people. He’s my best mate, and him and Beethoven make quite a pair and match each other quite well,” the Daily Telegraph quoted Randfleish as saying.
In the past, Randfleish has owned great danes, Irish wolfhounds, snoodles and labradoodles, but he said Bear topped them all when it came to maintenance.
“We go through lots of food - mainly chicken mince and wings, bones and dry food but he doesn’t like canned food. He won’t touch the stuff,” he added. (ANI)
