NEVADA - Noted Hindu statesman Rajan Zed has urged India to spread its rich philosophy and spirituality abroad.
Zed, who is President of Universal Society of Hinduism, in a statement in Nevada (USA) today, said that India was a storehouse of ancient wisdom. It was time now to tap into this giant resource.
Rajan Zed argued that India’s ancient legacy of spiritual genius could be its next biggest export, outshining its usual exports of jewelry, mineral products, apparel, steel, chemicals, electrical equipment, nuclear accessories, ores, vehicles, pharmaceutics, cotton, high-tech entrepreneurs, etc.
India had a rich, diverse and long stream of spiritual and philosophical thought enveloping several faith traditions which it needed to share. World needed to understand the true nature of reality, meaning and structure of life, and riches and complexity of profound wisdom embedded in India’s philosophy and spirituality, Zed added. (ANI)
