Car rally organized to spread environment awareness in Delhi

NEW DELHI - A women’s magazine here on Sunday organized a car rally to spread awareness about the advantages of having a clean environment.

This was the tenth car rally organised by the ‘Women’s Era’ magazine.

“Our personal message is ‘Go Green’. We should love greenery and if we nurture nature, it will also nurture us,” said Dr. Garg, a participant in the car rally.

Around 100 participants took part in the rally.

“Nearly 100 participants are taking part in the car rally. This is a women’s family car rally. These cars will go through various parts of Delhi and will cover 50 kilometres of area,” said D. L. Khera, the organiser. (ANI)
