JUNAGADH - Forest and police officials in Gujarat’s Junagadh district rescued four boys from a flash flood in a forest area.
Boys were caught in the heavy current and washed away when they had gone to bathe in the check dams near the hilly areas of the Junagadh forests.
“We came here to take bath and the water gushed in with full speed because of the heavy rains. We were nearly drowned by the fast-moving water. Then we caught hold of a bush there and the forest and police officials rescued us,” said Bhautik Makwana, a rescued boy.
