BJP talks to Kashmiri youth

NEW DELHI - Amid continuing unrest and killings in the Kashmir Valley, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tuesday began a dialogue with representatives of Kashmiri youths.
BJP president Nitin Gadkari inagurated the in-camera dialogue organised by the Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation (SPMRF).
In all 56 students from the Kashmir University, Islamic University for Science and Technology and other professional colleges from the valley are taking part in the dialogue, a SPMRF spokesperson told IANS.
In his opening remarks, Gadkari said Jammu and Kashmir was an integral part of India. “This matter is non-negotiable. We are ready for a dialogue on any other issue regarding the Kashmir situation.”
The delegates are scheduled to meet Home Minister P. Chidambaram and also interact with BJP leader Sushma Swaraj, Islamic scholar Maulana Wahiduddin Khan and Chief Election Commissioner S.Y. Quarishi.
