Sharia court sentences 3 Chinese men to 90 lashes, jail, deportation for forceful sex

SHARJAH - The Sharjah Sharia of First Instance court has ordered three Chinese men to be lashed 90 times, jailed for six months and deported for forcing two women to have sex with them.
According to gulfnews.com, the court’s document revealed that the three men, identified as Ajun (44 years), Yeen (41) and Lin were also charged with robbery, using weapons to threaten their victims with murder, taking photos of their compatriot victims while they were naked and beating them up. However, the court found them not guilty of any of these charges.
The two women accused that on their way to Al Muraqqabat, they were being approached by an unknown Chinese man and asked them to go with him to Sharjah to show them a cheap rented apartment. But they were taken to a small house where two other Chinese men joined him forced them to have sex with them.
The court papers have revealed that the kidnappers kept the victims in the house in Sharjah for a day before releasing them.
However, two accused who were arrested told police that the women agreed to have sex with them for Dh600 for one night. The third suspect Lin has not been arrested so far. (ANI)
