One more person dies in Srinagar

SRINAGAR - The violence in the Kashmir Valley claimed its 45th victim since June 11 Tuesday with another person succumbing to bullet injuries following a clash with security forces.

Iqbal Ahmed had been injured in Chhanpora locality here Friday.

While 17 people were killed from June 11 to July 30, 28 have died in the last five days. Of the 45 killed so far, most have been killed in firing by security forces.
