Indian-restaurant delivery man accused of Sydney sex attack

SYDNEY - A Sydney-based Indian restaurant delivery driver has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman at her Rose Bay home here.
The 21-year-old man had allegedly visited the Rose Bay house to drop off a food order at 11 p.m. last Friday.
He has been accused of entering the residence through an open door and sexually assaulting a 44-year-old woman, who had been sleeping in her bedroom, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The incident was reported to the Eastern Suburbs Local Area Command Police, which has commenced inquiries. he Australian Federal Police arrested the man on Monday when he attempted to board a Kathmandu-bound flight from Sydney Airport.
He was transferred to the custody of Eastern Suburbs Detectives, and was taken to the Waverley Police Station for questioning before being charged with sexual assault.
He has been refused bail and is to appear before a Sydney Central local court today. (ANI)
