‘Horndog High’ teachers drank before sexual tryst at James Madison

NEW YORK - The two female teachers, who were caught having a sexual tryst in a classroom at James Madison High School, have been revealed to have had booze at the start of their meeting.
French teacher Cindy Mauro, 34, and Spanish instructor Alini Brito, 30, had been out drinking at Nora’s Park Bench Cafe in Marine Park, and after downing beers, shots and club soda they headed back to the school.
A report by city High School Superintendent Linda Waite, revealed they left the cafe and headed about a half-mile back to school to watch ‘SING!’ a musical competition that has been a school tradition for decades.
But after watching a part of the show, they sneaked up to room 337 where Mauro usually taught French.
Their tryst was abruptly interrupted by two handymen who opened the door and made a startling discovery - a woman lying on the floor naked from the waist up.
The document said a school safety agent was summoned and arrived in time to catch the pair “naked” - one “on her knees” and one “lying on the floor”.
Mauro and Brito were cited for “inappropriate sexual behaviour in Room 337″ and drinking an “undetermined amount”, and they were charged with misconduct.
Education Department spokesman Danny Kanner said the pair is currently awaiting a disciplinary hearing.
Their attorney, Mark Nussbaum, pointed out that the documents contain allegations that the teachers haven’t had the opportunity to contest yet. They have filed requests for formal hearings, he said.
Despite witnesses saying the pair was naked on the floor, Nussbaum contended that the documents don’t “specify any sexual conduct”.
“This is very different than the allegations of lesbian sex that were widely reported when this story first broke,” the New York Daily News quoted him as saying.
“Clearly the initial allegations have become diluted over time which is common for stories based on conjecture and exaggeration,” he stated. (ANI)
