NEW YORK - John Edwards’ mistress wants profits from a tell-all book about her sexcapades with the ex-presidential candidate.

Attorneys representing Rielle Hunter argued that she should reap some of the profits from the politician’s aide Andrew Young’s book, “The Politician,” because he promoted the book by discussing an Edwards-Hunter sex tape.

Hunter has filed a lawsuit against Young and is trying to reclaim the video.

However, her attorney did not revealed how much cash she’s is seeking. unter claimed the sex tape was stolen from a box of her personal belongings.

But Young said he found the tape in a pile of trash Hunter left behind in a home he was rented for Hunter.

The tape, attorneys said, was just a tiny part of the book.

“Nobody’s making money on the Edwards sex tape, and nobody’s ever made money on the Edwards sex tape,” the New York Daily News quoted Young’s attorney, Robert Elliot, as saying in a Hillsborough, N.C., courtroom on Wednesday.

Hunter’s attorney argued Young stole items that helped him sell the book.”[Young] legally cannot profit from his wrongdoing,” said Wade Barber, one of Hunter’s attorneys, according to ABC. (ANI)
