Germantown woman faces DUI charges for drinking vanilla

TENNESSEE - A woman in the US is facing drunk driving charges after she drank Coke and vanilla extract.
Kelly Moss, 48, was found slumped over the steering wheel of her car by the police, with her car parked halfway on the sidewalk and driveway in front of Arlington Middle School on June 29, myEyewitnessNews.com reported.ccording to a police affidavit, Moss had slurred speech and a strong odour of vanilla on her breath.
Inside the car, officers noticed a half finished bottle of Coke and partially empty bottles of vanilla extract. The bottles of vanilla extract were labelled as 35 percent alcohol by volume.
Moss is charged with driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test. This is her third DUI arrest.
She is currently in jail on a 4,000 dollars bond. (ANI)
