SYDNEY - Following a masseuse’s allegations that Al Gore behaved like ‘a crazed sex poodle’ and groped her, the police have re-opened investigations into the case.

Earlier in 2009, the Portland police had refused to file charges on grounds of lack of evidence. But they haven’t offered any explanation as to why the case has been re-opened.

Meanwhile, Gore’s spokesperson denied the charges, adding that, “the Gores cannot comment on every defamatory, misleading and inaccurate story generated by tabloids.”

“Further investigation into this matter will only benefit Mr Gore,” the Sydney Morning Herald quoted Kalee Kreider as saying.

According to transcripts of the 2009 interview, the masseuse said Gore groped, kissed and pinned her down on a bed. She told Gore he was acting like a “crazed sex poodle,” according to the transcript.

But she had desisted from complaining.

“I felt certain that any, even the smallest complaint from him to the hotel, could also destroy my work reputation,” she said.

One friend “was basically asking me to just suck it up, otherwise the world’s going to be destroyed from global warming,” she added. (ANI)
