QUETTA - Balochistan chief minister Aslam Raisani gives fake degrees same importance as original ones.
During an interaction with reporters here, Raisani was asked about reports regarding several parliamentarians holding fake degrees.
“It doesn’t matter whether they possessed fake degrees, as a degree was a degree nonetheless,” Raisani replied.
He also rejected the notion that the issue could enhance trouble for his government.
While replying to a question regarding allegations by Iran’s ambassador to Pakistan Mashallah Shakeri that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was using Quetta and Kabul against Iran, Raisani said no other country would be allowed to use country’s soil against any third nation.
“We will not allow our territory to be used against Iran or any other country. If anyone uses our territory against any other country, we will not only condemn it but any such effort will be resisted,” The Daily Times quoted Raisani, as saying. (ANI)
