Prince Charles Renovates Transylvanian House

ZALANPATAK, ROMANIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Prince Of Wales is adding one more building to his property list in Transylvania. Reportedly, Prince Charles has declared his plans to renovate the five-bedroom house in the remote village of Romania and shall convert it into a vacation house where he along with his guests can come over and stay during the holidays.
The renovation works on the house has already started and the bathrooms have been en-suited with special apparatus being installed for under-floor heating. Prince Charles showed extreme interest in the house after he came to know that the house belonged to a Transylvanian Prince way back in the 16th century. It was said that Prince Charles shall visit his property in the last phase of the year when the renovations are completed.
Prince Charles who made his first trip to Transylvania in the year of 1998 has already purchased three properties that includes the house in the village of Zalanpatak and another night guest house in Viscri. Prince Charles is also said to have sold a manor that he used to own near the town of Sighisoara. Both his guest-houses in the village of Viscri and in the village of Zalanpatak are managed and looked after by Count Tibor Kalnoky. When asked about it, Count Kalnoky told the media that Prince Charles had been looking for a vacation house where he could come in for relax and that he thought that the house of Zalanpatak would serve his purpose right. Prince Charles who will be making a trip to his property in the month of December has already campaigned the entire property area.
