MELBOURNE - A Canadian woman, who flashed her boobs at a five-year-old boy because he was making too much noise, has escaped being charged.

According to the Toronto Sun, Marika De Florio, 56, said the boy was driving her mad by driving a loud all-terrain vehicle past her house.

And when the police did nothing about her complaint, she decided to bare her breasts hoping the child’s grandparents would be forced to call him inside.

The raunchy deed did the trick, but it horrified Mike and Nancy Berry, who called the police in Seeley’s Bay, Ontario, to report her.

“I’m not happy with what has been going on. It isn’t right to go around topless in front of kids,” News.com.au quoted Mike as saying.

De Florio on the other hand vowed to repeat the tactic every time the boy played with the noisy toy.

“I’m going mental. I can’t breathe and I’m not moving, but I need some peace,” she said.

“I can’t believe I did this, but they pulled the kid inside and then called police because of their small town mentality,” she added.

Police said that De Florio was not doing anything illegal as Canadian law permits women to go topless in public as long as they are not doing so for commercial gain or being overtly sexual. (ANI)
