MELBOURNE - A man from the US was reportedly stabbed by his roommate after complaining he had sex too loudly.
The State reports that Russell Willis Shepherd Jr., 40, was charged with second-degree assault and battery after his 58-year-old roommate was found with stabbed wounds in his hand at their Myrtle Beach apartment in South Carolina.
The victim said that when he returned home, he found Shepherd was having very loud sex with a 39-year-old woman, reports News.com.au.
He left the apartment briefly to smoke a cigarette and when he returned he asked Shepherd and the woman to be quiet.
This apparently angered Shepherd, who stabbed the victim a number of times in the hand before fleeing the apartment and seeking help from a neighbour, police told the newspaper.
Shepherd is allegedly being held in Myrtle Beach Jail. (ANI)
