Army kills three militants during Kupwara infiltration bid

KUPWARA - The Army on Friday foiled an infiltration bid from across the border by killing three militants in Kupwara District.

According to sources, heavily armed militants entered the Machhal sector, 150 km from Srinagar but were confronted by alert troops.

The militants were killed in retaliatory action. (ANI)
