SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Bob cats of Santa Monica Mountains has given birth to three cute babies who have been recently spotted resting peacefully in their caves. Reportedly, the bob cats are the most dominant species witnessed at the Santa Monica Mountains. With the news of the cute babies born, National Park Service is making an attempt to restore the funding project which has failed to gain grounds with reality several times.
The wildlife scientists of Santa Monica Mountain told the media that these cute babies of the Bobcats resides in the den of Calabasas which is just ahead of the 101 Freeway. What’s upsetting at this point of time is the connectivity which is heavily suspended owing to the fact that the 101 Freeway happens to be the borderline outskirt of the urban population. To make matters worse, there isn’t any word from the Government or from the Wildlife authority to better the birth conditions and environs of these animals.
The issue is pretty similar to 2009 when the forest officials were reported of two mountain lions of Liberty Canyon who met with death while they were trying to trip over the 405 Freeway back in the Sepulveda and the Newhall pass. The wild life scientists told the media that the cute babies of the bobcats are a happy sign to the growing population of the bobcats which had suffered vehemently back in the year of 2003 owing to an epidemic. However, the birth of the three cute babies in the Santa Monica Mountains proves the fact these bobcats are far from becoming extinct as it was presumed.
