MELBOURNE - Cops are looking to determine how a man and a woman fell 10m from the roof of a building in Sydney that holds out a panoramic view of Coogee Bay.

The pair, both 38, was rushed to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital after passers found them early morning at the base of the Coogee Fishing Club building at the north end of Coogee Beach.

The man was said to have suffered a fractured leg and arm and blood loss and the woman minor injuries when she landed on top of him, The Daily Telegraph reported.

“Both were wearing clothes at the time of the incident”, according to officers.

Locals revealed the spot was a popular stop over for young lovers to watch the sun rise.

Mark Tallon, 50, of Coogee, said: “Kids are always up there, hanging their legs over, drinking, pashing - it’s amazing that 50 people don’t fall off a year.” (ANI)
