Infidelity comes with a $10m price tag!

MELBOURNE - In a hair-raising wake up call for infidels, a jilted wife dragged her husband’s mistress to court for wrecking their marriage - and won 10 million dollars in damages.
The North Carolina jury ordered Cynthia Shackelford, 60, be paid the staggering amount under the little-known US law that lets married partners sue someone they believe is responsible for breaking their marriage.
Cynthia claimed she and her husband, Allan, 62, were still in love when Anne Lundquist, 49, showed up in the picture.
“I really loved him and I really thought he loved me,” News.com.au quoted her as saying.
Lundquist, on the other hand, plans to challenge the “ludicrous” judgment, saying the couple met after his marriage had ended.
She said: “The decision is not based on reality. I certainly don’t have that kind of money, nor will I ever.” (ANI)
