MOGA - Two students of the Moga Polytechnic College have invented a tractor that can be operated with the help of a mobile phone.
The duo has worked on this unique tractor to help farmers.
Pavittar Singh Baraad, one of the inventors said that the tractor could be operated with mobile buttons from anywhere.
“With the help of this project, one need not drive a tractor, as the tractor can be operated with the help of the buttons of our mobiles. No matter one is in United States or Canada; the tractor can be operated with the buttons. The steering, clutch, brakes, everything can be controlled through it,” said Baraad.
Mentioning its advantages, Jaskeer Singh, a farmer, said that the tractor would help the farmers of Punjab, as they would be able to operate the tractors from anywhere.
“The advantage will be that the farmers of Punjab will not face difficulty. They can sit in their rooms and operate it. Secondly it has a live video; in case the tractor does any damage, it can be stopped and it will not harm any person as it has a sensor camera that helps him locate a person and stop 10 feet before him,” said Jaskeer Singh.
This innovative step shall help the farmers of Punjab to a great extent and will also save their time and effort. (ANI)
