Mumbai court grants police custody to two terrorists arrested by ATS

MUMBAI - A Mumbai Court on Sunday granted police custody of two terrorists arrested till March 18 on charges of attempting to blow up the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) plant here.

The two terrorists, identified as Latif and Guddu, were arrested from a central suburb with vital clues and installations of blowing up the ONGC plant.

The duo had also made a call to Pakistan and interacted with a handler they called ‘Uncle’ prior to their arrest.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened in an around the ONGC plant to avoid any untoward incident. (ANI)
