Over 90 percent women in CISF perform combat duties

NEW DELHI - Lauding women personnel on the International Women\’s Day, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Monday said 90 percent women in the force perform combat duties.
\”Women in the CISF have a very important role to play, especially in the airport sector and the Delhi Metro. The CISF has the highest percentage of women amongst all the paramilitary forces,\” CISF Director General N.R. Das said here at the annual press conference.
