US bikini-clad baristas fuming over non-payment

MELBOURNE - Bikini-clad baristas at a US coffee shop are said to be fuming after they were allegedly not paid for their work.
The baristas at Perky Cups, in Colorado, US, say owner Jason Bernal has failed to pay them on several occasions.
“There were no pay cheques to be found, he said he was going to come up with the money,” News.com.au quoted former general manager Marcie Lantz as telling Denver’s KDVR news.
The employees alleged that Bernal kept putting them off when they asked for money and then fired them when they complained.
“My checking account personally ended up being on hold for two months because of his bounced cheque,” former employee Brittany Schneider said.
“And now he owes me 900 dollars and has absolutely no intention of ever paying me for the work that I did,” she added.
They claim that at least ten other women are in similar situations. (ANI)
