Antony recommends court martial of top general

NEW DELHI - Defence Minister A.K. Antony Wednesday recommended the court martial of Lt. Gen. Awadesh Prakash for his involvement in a land scam in West Bengal’s Sukhna cantonment.

Antony sent his recommendation to Indian Army chief General Deepak Kapoor.
