MELBOURNE - Australia’s premiere nudist resort, The White Cockatoo, is said to be up for sale.

The resort, near Port Douglas in Queensland, which is infamous for swingers, nudists and sex romps, had hit international headlines last year after an altercation between partygoers.

Owners Tony and Lenore Fox said the sex tourist business has been booming despite tough economic times and flagging tourism figures, but now after eight years they would like to move on.

“We’ve beaten the global financial crisis with a bang,” News.com.au quoted Tony as saying.

“As I talk to you now I can see three couples in the pool having sex.

“There have been no incidents of note this year, other than a lot a naked people enjoying a lot of fun in the sun.

“It’s now time to move on and hang out somewhere else,” he added.

The resort is billed as the nation’s top group-sex hotspot and the 1.5 million dollar price tag includes 23 self-contained chalets, a four-bedroom house, swimming pool, licensed bar, and eight person spa as part of the three-star motel in Mossman. (ANI)
