MELBOURNE - A man who was stabbed walked into a restaurant with a 13cm knife sticking out of his chest and ordered a coffee.
The unmanned man, 52, had called the emergency services before coming to the cafi and had reported that he had been robbed and stabbed.
He requested for an ambulance to be sent to Bray’s, a cafe in a neighbouring suburb of Detriot.
He also said that he had nearly walked for a kilometre to find a phone box.
The man also vaguely described his attacker on the call.
“I’m gonna sit down at Bray’s ’cause they got a chair and it’s cold out here,” the Daily telegraph quoted him as saying on the emergency services’ call.
Restaurant employee George Mirdita said the man was calm as he ordered coffee, reports The Detroit News.
The man is now recovering in the hospital. (ANI)
