MARLBORO, VERMONT (GaeaTimes.com)- Tasha Tudor, the famous illustrator-writer died 2 years back due to a stroke. However, the remains of her cremation was buried long after. Her children, who are not in good terms with each other fought for a long time on when and where her ashes should be buried. She died when she was 92, in June 18, 2008. Her ashes were buried in October. A judge reportedly divided her ashes since the children wanted the burial to take place in different venues. A portion of the ash was buried under a rosebush, which was a favorite of Tasha Tudor. The other half was buried in Seth Tudor’s (the eldest son of Tasha Tudor) neighboring property beside the burial of Tasha Tudor’s favorite Pembroke Welsh corgi dogs. Though Tasha Tudor has passed away 2 years ago, the battle over her property still continues among her children.
Tasha Tudor, who has been the illustrator of more than 100 books apparently was partial towards her eldest son. She reportedly bestowed a huge bulk of the property to Seth Tudor and his son Winslow Tudor. The others were shocked as they were cut from about 1.2 million pound property. According to sources, the will was made in 2001. She reportedly gave the major part of her property to her eldest son because the other children were supposedly indifferent towards her. Tasha Tudor reportedly left 600 pound for each of her daughters, Bethany Tudor and Efner Tudor Holmes. The younger son, Thomas Tudor only got an antique furniture.
All the 4 children are still fighting over the property in court. Bethany Tudor, the daughter of Tasha Tudor reportedly said that she is angry with her mother.
