ESCONDIDO (GaeaTimes.com)- The court has given its verdict on the Michael Crowe case. The Michael Crowe case had been based on the interrogations of Michael Crowe, that he had to face while still a teenager, over the brutal murder of his 12 year old sister, Stephanie Crowe. The Michael Crowe case, based on the interrogations of Michael Crowe, had been running for the last 12 years. The verdict has gone in favor of Michael Crowe.
The Michael Crowe case was based on the allegations brought forward by Michael Crowe, who claimed that the police department of Escondido had indulged in extreme forms of psychological torture as part of the process of interrogation of Michael Crowe and another of his friends. The brutal part of the matter was that both the boys were teenagers at the time of the interrogation. In fact, the Michael Crowe case further states that the police department of Escondido had elicited false confessions from the two boys. It was used against them to prove that were involved in the murder of Stephanie Crowe.
The verdict against the Escondido police department has been passed by the 9th United States Circuit Court of Appeals, by a jury comprising of three judges. The court has ruled that the Escondido police department had indeed inflicted considerable mental torture on the teenagers, and it becomes evident from the tapes and videos of the Michael Crowe interrogation. The Michael Crowe case, however, has not yet reached the end, as it has been moved to the San Diego district court. Both the parties can choose to move to the United States Supreme Court.
