NEW DELHI - Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will hold consultations with senior Congress leaders at the AICC headquarters here on Tuesday to chalk out the party’s strategy ahead of the ‘Budget Session’ of Parliament, which will begin on February 21.
