Dubai orphans taken on tour around city

Dubai, Jan 4 (IANS/WAM) Over 60 orphans from Dubai were taken on a recreational tour around the city Tuesday as part of the government’s corporate social responsibility programme.

The environmental awareness section at the Dubai Municipality organised the recreational tour for 61 orphans.

Dubai Municipality is among the first in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to offer community-based initiatives.

The tour included visits to a number of recreational areas for children such as Kidzania City, Dubai Aquarium and the Water Park in Dubai Mall.
