Maoists kill two in Bihar

BANKA - The Maoists killed two people and injured two others in Bihar’s Banka district today.

According to sources, over 30 armed Maoists struck Baratand village and fired several rounds killing two people on the spot.

Two others suffered injuries and were admitted to a nearby government hospital.

The incident is believed to be in retaliation to the killing of a hardcore Naxalite in the district in 2008. (ANI)
