Accidental firing injures Rashtriya Rifle soldier in Udhampur

JAMMU - A soldier was injured in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur District after his service rifle accidentally fired on Friday.

Jatinder Singh, a Rashtriya Rifle jawan, was rushed to Udhampur hospital.

The incident took place in Rai Chak forest belt in Basantgarh during a search and cordon operation.

The condition of Jatinder Singh is stated to be normal. (ANI)
