Indian student goes missing in Sydney

CANBERRA - Australian police have appealed for help to find an Indian engineering student, who disappeared from his northwest Sydney home just months after arriving in the country.

According to news.com.au, 20-year-old Abhijeet Swami was last seen on Friday morning when he left his Seven Hills home on a bicycle.he investigating officers have reportedly found his bicycle at the Blacktown railway station today. He had been living in Australia for the past few months and does not know many people other than his immediate family.

Swami is described as being of Indian south Asian appearance, about 173cm tall, with a thin build and short dark hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a brown long-sleeved chequered shirt and white sport shoes when he left home. (ANI)
