Costa Rica to have world’s largest penthouse priced at $50m

MELBOURNE - The world’s largest penthouse, which has been listed for 50 million dollars, is being constructed in Costa Rica.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the yet-to-be completed unit has 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and a 42-seat dining room, the Daily Telegraph reported.

It also features movable glass walls, marble floors, quartz counters, a fitness centre, private helicopter pad, rooftop pool, and a tennis court.

Bob Hurwitz, the listing agent with Hurwitz James Co. in Beverly Hills said most buyers would likely hire year-round caretakers. (ANI)
