Amtrak service restored in Connecticut

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Amtrak service has been restored to a busy part of the Northeast after a train became tangled in overhead wires in Connecticut.

Service was suspended Thursday afternoon between New Haven and New York. Trains are running now, but with delays of up to 90 minutes.
