JAIPUR, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The High Court of Rajasthan got a report from the police officials stationed in the capital city this Saturday notifying the Court authorities to cancel a bid in relation to the ‘nature farm sell- off case’. The case has been pending in the Rajasthan High Court for a long time now and local police officials have acquired fresh evidence on the accused in the case.

The report submitted to the Rajasthan High Court enumerates that Sanjay Jain and Lal Singh Sisodia, the chief accused in the case, have used the interim period that was provided to them by the court for their own selfish interests. Sunil Mehta, the police official who brought the matter to notice is of the opinion that both the accused have not only brought the witnesses in the case in their favor but also misplaced the evidences that had earlier been arranged by the Rajasthan High Court.

Anil Kumar Jain is now the new witness in the case, he is the notary who lodged the complaint to the Inspector General in the Jaipur police station, following which the officials took the matter to the Rajasthan High Court. According to Anil Kumar Jain, both the accused had forced him to make an affidavit and that the facts which he was made to write on that affidavit had no morsel of truth in it. Not only that, it is also being said that both Sanjay Jain and Lal Singh Sisodia took time from the Rajasthan High Court in the form of an interim relief to create false accounts in favor of their case.
