ADDISON (GaeaTimes.com)- The city of Addison in Texas had been gearing up for its annual Kaboom Town which was held on Saturday after preparation which spanned across months. The skyline of the city underwent a complete metamorphosis as a brilliant array of fireworks cut across the sky as part of the Kaboom Town 2010. However, one of the most pivotal hurdles that the event organizers has to encounter was the intermittent rains that at a point of time made attendees rather concerned about how far the firework spectacle could materialize. Despite the apprehension, their worst fears of the people attending the event unfortunately did not come true as the rain soon passed and the Kaboom Town fireworks were displayed without much of a difficulty.

If the unfavorable weather conditions makes you think that the turnout at Kaboom Town 2010 was disappointing then that surely did turn out to be the case as large number of attendees gathered at the venue to witness the annual fireworks spectacle braving the downpour. Catherine Moak who happens to be a resident of the Addison revealed that she has been attending the event for the past five years now and pointed out that the fireworks were something that she had always looked forward to. However, Catherine Moak is not the only one who always made it a point to attended the Kaboom Town 2010 as most of them gathered at the event were not first timers.

The anticipation and enthusiasm regarding Kaboom Town 2010 was all the more this year as the event celebrated its 25th anniversary this time around and it surely turned to be a gala event.
