David Cameron splurges almost 30K pounds on Downing Street garden

LONDON - It has emerged that David Cameron has spent thousands of pounds in maintaining the Downing Street garden.

The garden has cost the taxpayer 29,137 pounds in half-yearly maintenance since the election, which works out at an average of 4,856 pounds per month.

According to new Cabinet Office data, the money was paid to the Royal Parks in October, reports the Telegraph.

Meanwhile, a Downing Street spokesman has not commented on the matter. (ANI)
