NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Corporation Bank has announced the recruitment of as many as 1250 through written examinations from all across the country. The opening date of the online registration was June 1, 2010 and the last day for application is June 31, 2010. The tentative date for the written examination is September 12, 2010 and candidates will be able to download their call letters for the written examination from August 24, 2010 onwards.
Candidates are expected to have their own email addresses before they apply for the position of the clerks. The application forms are available on the official website of Corporation Bank. The candidates are required to read the instructions carefully in the detailed advertisement provided on the official website. The first step then is to download and print the payment challan that is available on the website. The candidates then need to deposit the required amount at any of the branches of Corporation Bank to receive a code. Then they need to fill in the code in the application form available on the website and retain the challan for further reference during the time of the written examination. The candidates have to fill in the application with the necessary details like educational qualification and personal details that should also match the eligibility criteria of Corporation Bank.
The age limit for the candidates who are applying for the position of clerks in Corporation Bank has been fixed between 18 to 18. There are, however, relaxations available that are listed in the detailed advertisement. The eligibility in terms of education is that the candidates should be a graduate with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate from a recognized university or its equivalent qualification.
